OUTDAYPHX - "A Celebration of National Coming OUT Day"
National Coming OUT Day is an internationally-observed civil awareness day for coming out and discussion about gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) issues. It is observed on October 11 every year by members of the LGBT communities and their supporters.
Sunday, October, 10th 2010, specific details about the event will be announced after the festival. Spend your day with Phoenix Pride at an event for all ages; bring your moms, dads, brothers, sisters and children. Bring the whole family and celebrate the bravery and authenticity of those who have been OUT for many years or those who are just beginning to come OUT. Help Phoenix Pride promote awareness of LGBT families living honest and open lives.
