In 2022, over 300 corporations, local businesses, and organizations participated in the annual Phoenix Pride Festival.

The Phoenix Pride Festival attracts over 50,000 attendees during the two-day celebration, offering unique opportunities for marketing and exposure for businesses and organizations interested in creating relationships with and within the LGBTQ+ Community.

The Phoenix Pride Festival offers an Arts Expo, a variety of food vendors, KidSpace, VIP Experience, Erotic World, and Dance Pavilion. Combined with participation from government officials, services, private corporations, and celebrities, the Phoenix Pride Festival continues to raise positive awareness of the Phoenix Metropolitan LGBTQ+ community and provides you with a chance to showcase your brand & your products to this community.

2023 Exhibitor Pricing

Fees are based on a 2-day, includes tenting and 20 amp electricity. ALL exhibitors are required to use the tent provided and are welcome to brand the tent. For any food vendors needing more space, you must email Exhibitors@phoenixpride.org for approval before submitting an application. Non-Cooking Exhibitor

Vendors offering food that doesn’t require cooking. ie: popcorn, tea, etc

Cooking Exhibitor

$1,500 - $3,800

Food vendors offering hot foods. ie: burgers, turkey legs, etc. All cooking must be done behind the tent.

Commercial Corner

$1,250 - $2,800

Inform the community about your commercial business. Your tent will be placed on a corner.

Commercial Inline

$1,000 - $2,500

Inform the community about your commercial business. Your tent will be placed between other tents.

Non-Profit Corner

$950 - $1,975

Must provide proof of Non-Profit status i.e. 501c3, 501c4.

Non-Profit Inline
