  • Strategy 2.3 Expand board recruitment and succession processes to advance JEDI
  • Strategy 2.4 Implement inclusive orientation and ongoing engagement for board members

  • Strategy 2.6 Build a culture of excellence & accountability

Priority Area 3: Develop and implement a plan to advance organizational equity.

  • Strategy 3.1 Dedicate resources for JEDI
  • Strategy 3.2 Establish taskforce for JEDI priority with charter/charges
  • Strategy 3.3 Conduct an equity assessment for the entire organization (people, practices, policies)
  • Strategy 3.4 Implement equity plan
