Arizona State University

Born and raised in Arizona, Daniel comes to Phoenix from Tucson. In 2007, Daniel moved to Phoenix to work for the late Congressman Ed Pastor, and the rest is history! For the past 17 years, Daniel has promoted award winning pageants within the Miss Gay America system. The love for giving back to the community lead Daniel to create his alter-ego Carrington Hall Dubois and in 2018, was crowned Mister Phoenix Pride. Since then, Daniel has served as Emperor XV of the Imperial Court of Arizona. Currently Daniel works as an Executive Coordinator for Arizona State University. As the Vice President and board development chair of the Phoenix Pride board, Daniel’s mission is to help cultivate a sense of diversity and inclusion within the organization and to ensure there is a seat at the table for everyone.
Vice President

Philip Sirois

Accountant
Tech-i Logic

My name is Phil Sirois. I am the previous Treasurer of Phoenix Pride and currently a board director for the organization. I am also currently Treasurer of Project Hard Hat and the present Treasurer of the Phoenix division of the Rotary International board. It is extremely inspiring to see people working together to better the lives of others. I enjoy being involved with everyone in these communities and it is very rewarding to see the results of our hard work. We make great changes and we have formed fantastic friendships. We also have a whole lot of fun together doing it. I am extremely devoted to the volunteer work that I do here in Arizona. I am very grateful that I was invited years ago to be involved in making community changes. Volunteering has given me the opportunity to not only change my life, but the lives of others. It is so important to me that communities everywhere support each other. It is an amazing, humbling feeling to work with great people and help facilitate progress together.

I was born in Everett, Massachusetts and my parents moved to Grants Pass, Oregon when I was seven. We later moved to Los Angeles, California when I was 12. I moved to Phoenix from Los Angeles in January of 1994 immediately after surviving the Northridge earthquake.

Because of my work, I can live anywhere in the world and Phoenix is where I want to be. Arizona is such a beautiful state. There is so much to do here and so many wonderful places to explore. I like doing many outdoor activities and there is a lot of beautiful opportunities for that here.

Accounting is my second passion aside from my charitable work. I began doing the bookkeeping for my parent’s construction company in my early teens and I have been an accountant ever since. It was very inspiring for me to bring their employees checks that I had processed, I felt so grown up. I also find accounting to be a rewarding career. I plan to always help and inspire others to help and inspire others throughout my life.
