* Driving operational excellence as Administrative Director and shareholder at Machine Craft Northwest, Inc., where he managed financial analysis, human resources, and quality assurance initiatives aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
* He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University and a Master of Accounting & Financial Management, with Distinction, from Keller Graduate School of Management. He is actively pursuing certifications as a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to deepen his expertise further.
Derek is proficient in a wide range of financial tools, including AZ360, LGTS, QuickBooks, and Fathom, and has a proven track record of leveraging technology to enhance financial reporting and decision-making. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of New Mexico. Following a career in the financial sector I received my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing and Media and a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. With over 15 years of experience in branding and communications, she recognizes the critical role of effective communication and brand visibility as foundational elements of a successful organization.
In her current role as a Senior Manager at Western Governors University, Anastasia has demonstrated her prowess in strategic planning and team leadership. She is known for fostering cross-functional collaboration and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand presence and market competitiveness. As a strategic thinker, Anastasia identifies opportunities and develops actionable plans to meet organizational goals. Her
strong interpersonal and communication skills are instrumental in building relationships and achieving consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Anastasia’s extensive expertise in public relations and pageant interview preparation further equips her to embody the spirit of advocacy and support needed for impactful board leadership. She is driven by a passion for inclusion and equity, making her an invaluable asset to any non-profit aiming to uplift and empower its community.
