Fees cover a 1-day, 10×10 space and include 20-amp electricity, one vendor parking pass, and 4 vendor entry bands. phxPRIDE will not provide tents, tables, or chairs; vendors can bring their own. Food vendors must email exhibitor@phoenixpride.org with their menu, setup details (booth or mobile unit), and space requirements. Vendors may add event insurance and event advertising through the application.
Due to space, there is only a 10×10 space. All vendors may choose between two space options: (1) A “Blue” covered 10′ x 10′ space (no tent required); or (2) A “Pink” uncovered 10′ x 10′ space (vendor-provided tent required).
Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications are complete only when payment is received.
