Thank you for our 2024 Rainbows Exhibitors. The 2025 applications will be available January 3rd, 2025

2024 Exhibitor Pricing

Fees are based on a 2-day, 10×10 space, and include tenting. ALL exhibitors are required to use the tent provided and are welcome to brand the tent. For any food vendors needing more than the 10’ provided, you must email Exhibitors@phoenixpride.org for approval before submitting an application. 10×20 options available, check applications for pricing information. Vacation / Timeshare

Vendors offering vacation rentals or time shares.

Cooking Exhibitor

$1,200

Food vendors offering hot foods. ie: burgers, turkey legs, etc.

Non-Cooking Exhibitor

$900

Vendors offering food that doesn’t require cooking. ie: popcorn, tea, etc

Commercial Exhibitor

$900

Inform the community about your commercial business.

Non-Profit

$600

Must provide proof of Non-Profit status i.e. 501c3, 501c4.
